This is due to the fact that in Horizontal Property we not only manage the economic part (income and expenses) of a consortium, but we also manage part of its homes. Our activity is primarily focused on the efficiency in the administration of consortiums, characterized by personalized attention and transparency in the economic and administrative management.

We know that the tasks of the administrators have changed substantially in the last years, either in order to comply with the Governmental dispositions in force or through the constant challenge to innovate in order to improve the quality of the services, to prioritize the care of the costs and to prioritize the relationship with the condominium members.
